A Family Connection Since 1929
Our family’s connection to Seahouses dates back to 1929. In 1958, Frederick Edward ‘Ted’ Smith bought his first property here, beginning a family story that still continues today.
Bond Coastal Lettings was created from that connection, combining modern coastal accommodation with the warmth, character, and pride that make Seahouses such a special destination.
